ACF with the cooperation of the Austrian Government brought together religious leaders to condemn the continued violent conflict in the former Yugoslavia and Caucuses and encourage religious leaders to work for conciliation and peace in support of the Dayton Peace Accords and issued the Vienna Declaration I which appealed to religious leaders to stand for “justice and compassion without which there can be no peaceful resolution to conflict”.
