SHANGHAI 1994 – The International Seminar on Jews in Shanghai was organized by the Shanghai Municipal Government and The Center for Jewish Studies Shanghai, addressed by Rabbi Arthur Schneier and attended by 200 scholars and Jews who once lived in the city.
